Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Lunna Design collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lunna Inc., doing business as Lunna Design (“Lunna Design”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit lunna.design or contact us about stretch ceiling, lighting and related installation services in South Florida.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the website:

  • Information you give us. When you use our quote form, call, email or message us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city, approximate room or ceiling size, project details and anything else you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit.
  • Photos and project details. If you send us photos or plans of your space, we use them only to prepare your quote or deliver your project.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and schedule measurements and installation.
  • To provide, manage and follow up on our services, including warranty and aftercare.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing data with advertising and analytics providers through cookies and pixels (see Section 4) may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws. You can opt out using the choices in Section 4.

4. Cookies, pixels and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies on this website. They fall into three groups:

  • Necessary. Make the site work: security, form submission and remembering your cookie choices.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site, for example through Google Analytics.
  • Advertising and marketing. Let us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who visited our site, for example through Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and actions such as tapping our phone number or submitting the quote form. The companies that provide them, such as Google and Meta, may use that data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices. A cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on this site. You can also block cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings and Meta ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. Where required by law we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the site.

5. When we share information

We share information only when necessary:

  • With service providers that help us operate the website, send email, host data or run analytics, who may use it only to provide those services.
  • With installers, subcontractors or suppliers involved in your project, limited to what they need to do the work.
  • With analytics and advertising providers, such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described in Section 4.
  • When required by law, court order or to protect our rights, property or safety.
  • In connection with a sale, merger or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

6. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including social media such as Facebook. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@lunna.design. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. To stop marketing messages, use the unsubscribe option or tell us directly.

Residents of some states, including California, may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Use the email above to make a request, and we will verify and respond as the law requires.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
