Please read these terms carefully before using the Lunna Design website. They set out the rules for using the site and how our quotes and services relate to it.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of lunna.design (the “Site”), operated by Lunna Inc., doing business as Lunna Design. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our services and quotes

The Site describes our stretch ceiling, architectural lighting and related installation services. Information, images, price ranges and examples on the Site are general and for illustration only. They are not an offer or a binding quote.

Final pricing, scope, materials, schedule and warranty are set out in a written proposal or agreement that we prepare after measuring your space. A service relationship begins only when both parties accept that written proposal. If it conflicts with these Terms, the written proposal controls for that project.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site;
• submit false, misleading or abusive information through our forms;
• copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Lunna Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our prior written consent.

5. Project photos

If we install a ceiling for you, we may photograph the finished work for our portfolio, website and social media, without identifying your name or exact address. If you prefer we do not, tell us before the project begins.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties on installation work, if any, are stated only in your written project agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunna Inc. and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and liability for project work is governed by your written project agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunna Inc. from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
